Hardwood Background Stamp

Hi all I saw a fabulous card made by Ilina Crouse that I decided to try and re-create.  Her beautiful card was done in Crumb Cake but for some reason I envisioned this stamp in Marina Mist.
I really love the blue for the background it really pops.  I had originally stamped the sentiment in Black Staz On but it did not show up very well so I went over it with our White Gel Pen.  Really really love how this card turned out I think the Hardwood Stamp is fabulous will be using it heaps.  These 2 stamps are from the Occasions Catalogue and I think they go really well together.

    Wasn't really excited about the hardwood stamp, didn't think I'd use it. But wow using it with marina mist changed my mind. beautiful card !!
